Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intake calls and help pre-qualify estate planning leads
- Guide clients through document collection and next steps
- Create and manage client files in Clio and Lawmatics
- Draft estate planning documents under attorney supervision
- Coordinate with internal and remote drafting support when needed
- Prepare clients and materials for signing meetings
- Assist with post-signing follow-up and file completion
- Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients throughout their matter

Benefits
- Compensation for this role is based on experience, skill level, and overall fit
- Entry-level candidates with strong alignment in values and aptitude: $35,000
- Candidates with foundational experience: $37,000 - $40,000
- Experienced candidates or those with Lawmatics or WealthCounsel experience: up to $45,000
- Opportunity for bonus or performance-based incentives
- Health insurance with significant employer contribution (approximately 90% of employee overage)
- Dental and vision coverage
- 401(k) with employer contribution (approximately 4%)
- Generous paid time off, including firm holidays and additional discretionary time off around the Christmas holiday
