Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys and paralegals with preparation of immigration filings including visa petitions, green card applications, and naturalization filings
- Communicate with clients to gather documentation and provide general updates on case progress
- Maintain organized and accurate case files and document management systems
- Support client intake and ensure required documentation is collected and organized
- Schedule client meetings, consultations, and case related appointments
- Assist with document formatting, production, and quality review of filings
- Provide general administrative support including email communication, phone support, and data entry
- Prior experience in an administrative, legal assistant, or office support role preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast paced environment
- Bilingual English and Spanish verbal and written communication required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
- Competitive Salary: $42,000 - $48,000 depending on experience
