About You
We are seeking an experienced matrimonial and family law attorney who is ready to contribute meaningfully to a high-quality boutique practice. Requirements
What We Are Looking For
- Licensed and in good standing with the New York Bar Association
- 10 plus years of litigation experience, preferably in family law
- Experience handling hearings and trials as first chair
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- A genuine interest in the business side of running a law firm
- A long term mindset and commitment to supporting the firm's continued growth
- We offer an excellent work life balance with a requirement of 30 hours of billable work per week. A book of business is a plus but not required
- Salary is commensurate with experience, starting at $150,000
- Compensation includes case origination bonuses and performance bonuses
- 401(k) with 3-6% match
- CLEs, Nassau County Bar membership and NYSBA membership are provided
- Parking provided at our Garden City location
- Hybrid working available
- Vacation time is respected and protected with advance planning so that time away is truly time off
