We’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce Marketing Manager to bring our digital ecosystem to life. This contractor role (10 hours per week) will sit at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and systems—overseeing Build It Boldly’s online store, email marketing, and digital content strategy to foster engagement, drive conversions, and amplify our mission.

E-Commerce & Web Management
- Maintain and update the Build It Boldly Shopify website, ensuring products, pages, and collections are optimized for conversion and aligned with our brand aesthetic.
- Coordinate seasonal or campaign-specific product launches, from pre-launch setup to post-launch analysis.
Email Marketing
- Own our email marketing strategy—concept through creation.
- Design, write, and deploy flows and campaigns in alignment with ongoing launches, storytelling themes, and audience segmentation.
- Track performance and optimize for engagement and conversion.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Lead the social media marketing strategy across platforms, ensuring content reflects our mission and moves our community through the customer journey.
- Manage the rhythm of product, service, and thought-leadership promotion through intentional storytelling.
- Oversee the Marketing Associate’s content creation work and ensure that each post, campaign, or video reinforces the Build It Boldly brand voice and vision.
- Plan and execute content distribution across all channels, ensuring consistent and high-quality engagement with our audience.
Community & Funnel Development
- Support the sales funnel from awareness through retention, maintaining meaningful touchpoints that educate and inspire our community to experience a sense of community.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities across our digital touchpoints and how to best elevate how we communicate our impact.
- Have 3 years of experience managing marketing in the e-commerce or digital retail space.
- Are fluent in Shopify, Klaviyo (or similar), and social media management tools.
- Are both strategic and creative—you can map a funnel and write a headline.
- Thrive in small, collaborative teams and take initiative without needing intense direction.
- Are forward-thinking, proactive, and excited to shape the marketing foundation of a growing mission-driven brand.
- Are based in or near Philadelphia, PA, and open to occasional in-person meetings.
- Contractor role at approximately 10-12 hours per week.
- Monthly Rate of $1,200.00
- Flexible schedule with a mix of independent and collaborative work.
- 6 Month Contract (Dec 25’ - May 26’) with an opportunity to extend upon completion of the contract
