IT Help Desk Technician Apprentice (Regulated Environment)

This role supports end users in a regulated environment, building real-world skills in troubleshooting, systems support, and cybersecurity awareness.
- Provide technical support (in-person, phone, remote) for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage support tickets, documentation, and escalation processes
- Install and maintain systems, devices, and software
- Support endpoints (printers, VoIP, security tools, patching)
- Assist with basic systems administration (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, backups)
- Troubleshoot basic network issues (IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
- Follow security and compliance standards (FDIC/FFIEC)
- Starting Wage: $20/hr → up to $26/hr within 1 year
- Paid technical training (~$3,500 value)
- Industry certifications: CompTIA A , Network , Tech , HDI CSR
- 144 hours of structured instruction 2,000 hours hands-on experience
