Responsibilities

• Support pest control technicians by preparing equipment and materials for treatments.
• Assist with inspecting residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and conducive conditions.
• Help apply pest control solutions safely under supervision, following all safety protocols.
• Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards.
• Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, inspections completed, and equipment used for compliance purposes.

Experience

• Prior experience in sales is great although not required. Pest control training will be provided.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, or land management equipment is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred to support travel between job sites.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn new skills in pest management and outdoor maintenance roles.
