Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and potential entry points
- Apply pest control solutions using appropriate tools, chemicals, and techniques in accordance with safety standards
- Educate clients on pest prevention methods and recommend ongoing maintenance plans for long-term protection
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and backpacks as needed for treatment applications or property maintenance
- Drive company vehicles safely to various job sites
- Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, materials used, and follow-up schedules to ensure compliance and quality assurance
Qualifications
- Previous experience or familiarity with pest control techniques is highly desirable
- Knowledge of lawn care, landscaping, agriculture, or farming practices is a plus
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving company vehicles to different locations
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Willingness to learn about new pest control methods and stay updated on industry standards
