Responsibilities
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales transactions accurately
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns with professionalism
- Handle cash register operations including cash handling, cash drawer management, and basic math calculations for transactions.
- Maintaining store appearance.
- Apply phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers over the phone
Experience
- Previous cashiering or retail sales experience preferred. But not required.
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations required
- Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities are highly valued
- Knowledge of math and cash handling is essential for success
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
