Host/Cashier

Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Cashier to greet guests, manage reservations, and handle transactions. This role ensures a positive first impression and smooth flow of service in our sports-themed family restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with seating arrangements.
• Manage reservations and waiting lists.
• Take and process orders at the cash register.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house area

Qualifications:

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet work authorization requirements to work in the United States.
• Age 16 or older.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Repetitive movement in handling cash and POS transactions.
