- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patrons with inquiries and orders
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining and kitchen
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following prescribed recipes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and tasks
Requirements:
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
- Experience in food handling and adhering to safety protocols in the food industry
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Aloha POS, for order processing
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks as needed
