Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food service and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. This role involves various responsibilities, including food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and payment transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards throughout all food handling processes.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including bussing tables and washing dishes as needed.
• Assist with cash handling duties, including processing payments accurately and managing cash registers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours while managing time effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation guidelines is essential.
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
