GAME TIME ENERGY, LIFETIME EXPERIENCE

As Shift Manager, you will assist the General Manager in daily operations. You will be responsible for supervising the operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will also assist the General Manager in coaching employees to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping create legendary experiences for guests.

Daily Roles & Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

· Lead the shift and own the floor- drive speed, accuracy, and execution

· Work any position and jump in wherever the team needs you

· Model and coach BWW GO standards every shift

· Deliver legendary Guest experiences and resolve issues using the FUMBLE play

· Keep it clean, safe, and audit-ready- food safety and checklists matter

· Support hiring, training, and development of the team

· Assist with P&L, food cost, and labor management

· Run the operation in the absence of the General Manager

· Maintain oil quality and product freshness through proper shortening management

YOU GOT THIS

· You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law)

· 2 years of restaurant or quick-service experience (BWW experience a plus)

· You bring the energy—Guest-first, team-focused, and ready to lead in a fast-paced environment

· You deliver strong leadership, communication, and Guest service

· You stay organized, detail-driven, and execute with urgency

· Eligible to work in the U.S.

· Must have open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

· Must have a valid ServSafe Food Manager Certification, or obtain one within 14 days of hire
