- Minimum 2 years of fast paced, high volume leadership
- Certified in state, county, or local food handling requirements.(Servsafe)

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that our restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times
- Maintaining operational excellence so our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively
- Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are being followed
- Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both guests and employees enjoy
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager
- Great leadership skills
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Demonstrated ability to quarterback a team
- Hands on Leadership approach
