As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll help manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant while creating a positive, high-energy environment for both our guests and team members. From delivering crave-worthy Buffalo Wild Wings food to developing your team and driving operational excellence, no two shifts are the same.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment

• Current ServSafe certification or ability to meet applicable state, county, and local food-handling requirements

• A competitive, team-first mindset with a passion for sportsmanship, hustle, spontaneity, community, and fun

• A commitment to delivering best-in-class hospitality, fast and accurate service, and a clean, welcoming restaurant

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• The ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and thrive in a fast-moving environment

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts as needed

Looking for late-night hours? We’re one of the few 24-hour Buffalo Wild Wings GO locations in the Chicago metro area, offering opportunities across a variety of shifts.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience

• Ensure the restaurant is appropriately staffed and prepared for each shift

• Maintain high standards for food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and hospitality

• Help recruit, train, coach, and develop team members

• Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently and effectively

• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

• Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable laws, regulations, and food-handling requirements

• Create a positive, inclusive, and high-energy workplace where team members can succeed

• Address operational challenges quickly and professionally

• Help drive restaurant performance and uphold Buffalo Wild Wings GO brand standards

• Previous experience as a restaurant manager
