the JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting, Expo/ Food Running/ Cashier $13 Plus Tips to start. Average of around $15 an hour

Looking for Summer/ Seasonal Availability

• Provide afriendly welcome to incoming Guests while ensuring timely seating
• Participation is required for the Company’s Mystery Shop, GEM, and BARS programs. Follow thecompany standard for the BARS program “Must ID anyone who looks under 40 years of age” Check Guest's identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
• Follow proper phone etiquette and answer the phones according to Buffalo Wild Wings specifications
• Bus tables, deliver food to guests, follow FIFO guidelines, and complete other daily tasks
• Respond to customer complaints/concerns and know when to get a manager involved
• Make genuine connections/engage our guests so they have a personalized experience
• Take payments/handle cash drawer and process credit card transactions
• Apply menu knowledge to make genuine suggestions and upsell
• Correctly enter takeout orders into the Point Of Sale system
• Bag and manage takeout orders, check for accuracy
• Maintain a clean and orderly cashier area and practice proper safety and sanitation at all times
• Thank guests as they leave and solicit feedback about the quality of service they experienced, express your hope that they will return to BWWs in the future
• Prep and portioning
• Help with expo window
• Run food
• Other duties as assigned by management

Summary

As a Cashier/Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your core skills in communication and hospitality will be essential as you handle cash transactions and assist guests with inquiries. Proficiency in POS systems, including Aloha and Micros, will enable you to efficiently manage payments and provide accurate service. With your experience in food service and guest relations, you will contribute significantly to a positive dining experience in our establishment. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service
• Strong customer service skills and restaurant experience
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proficient in cash handling and POS systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Knowledge of hospitality and guest relations
• Familiarity with phone etiquette and guest services

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
