We are looking for a Full-Time Delivery Route Driver.
What we do.
Buffalo Strive Vending, Inc. is a locally-owned family business located in Orchard Park, NY. We are a fresh food healthy vending company servicing WNY. Our fresh food items are made every day in our building.
Who we are looking for.
Our drivers are responsible for delivering drinks, snacks, and fresh foods to our Strive Market locations, and vending machines throughout WNY. They are responsible for making sure all product is fresh and stocked for our valued customers on their assigned routes, as well as acting as a customer-facing representatives to their assigned customers as they have questions, concerns, etc. We take pride in the food, service, and experience we provide our customers, and we want you too as well.
Qualified candidates are not required to have previous delivery or driving work experience. Candidates must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license to be hired (a Motor Vehicle Record check will be conducted at the time of offer), and must be comfortable driving a 16-foot box truck (no CDL license required). Aside from driving, this position does have physical demands and requirements, including frequent stepping on and off the delivery truck, lifting totes (lifting up to 50 pounds), standing/walking/kneeling/bending for prolonged periods of time, reaching above your head frequently to stock shelves. Drivers must also pass a DOT physical upon hire.

Work hours and schedule:
Start times for all drivers is between 5:00am and 6:00am each day. A typical work-day is 8-10 hours per day, Monday-Friday. Overtime is available upon approval.
Compensation:
Our drivers start between $20-$23 per hour (based on experience). Increases occur after 6 months, and annually based on reviews of performance at these points.
