What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Partnership Intern (Buffalo Bills) position at Buffalo Sabres?
This position will work alongside Pegula Sports and Entertainment's Business Development team and assist in the daily operations of the department. This includes but is not limited to: day-to-day operational tasks, gamedays, partner activations and events for the Buffalo Bills and other companies in the PSE portfolio. This is a part-time seasonal role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with inventory management and fulfillment of signage across all PSE venues, including KeyBank Center, Highmark Stadium and LECOM Harborcenter
- Lead and execute activation and hospitality offerings at Bills Training Camp
- Prepare and assist with any on-site and off-site events, not limited to organizing and successfully executing partnership events which include player appearances, VIP meetings and parties when applicable
- Track fulfillment of sponsored assets across all team social media and digital platforms
- Research and review trends around the sports business landscape to assist with partnership prospecting and ideation for impactful sponsorship proposals
- Work with the activation team to ensure all partnership assets are executed and measured
- Perform various tasks pertaining to Buffalo Bills gamedays and events when applicable
- Track and log sponsored assets on the Buffalo Bills television & radio
- Assist with data entry and communicating all information to appropriate parties
- Manage multiple department projects and other tasks as needed
- Assist with sponsor promotions and contest fulfillment

- Strong desire to pursue a career in sports partnerships
- Superior communication skills
- Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment
- Highest level of integrity and ethics, both professional and personal
- Ability to organize and prioritize work while working independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Photoshop skills a plus
- Willing to work a flexible schedule - evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
