What are the responsibilities and job description for the Software and Compliance Trainer position at Buffalo Medical Group?
Buffalo Medical Group is seeking a full time Software and Compliance Trainer for outpatient medical practice.
Position is Monday-Friday days. Primary location is 325 Essjay Road in Williamsville. Travel to all Buffalo Medical Group sites is required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following statements reflect the general duties considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job as identified and shall not be considered as a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be inherent in the position:
- Prepare and conduct technical/non-technical training programs
- Prepare training material and classroom curriculum
- Provides end user support to existing applications and is a direct liaison to the application team
- Prepares and updates documentation relating to application usage and changes
- Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills
- Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.
- Plan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies, conferences and workshop
- Will comply with all Group policies and procedures including mandatory annual in-services.
- Travel required for software training and periodic training updates
- Responsible for maintaining and supporting training environments
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· 4-year degree or equivalent related experience.
· Minimum one (1) year experience as a trainer, preferably healthcare related.
· Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
· Minimum two year experience working with Microsoft Office products

Pay: $60,405.80 - $83,011.50 per year
