What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service & Inside Sales – Commercial Printing position at Buffalo Design & Printing?
We’re a busy and growing commercial print shop looking for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and finding the right print solutions. This role blends customer service with inside sales, so you’ll be taking care of existing clients while also spotting opportunities to upsell additional services when it makes sense.

What you’ll do:
· Serve as one of the main points of contact for customers by phone, email, and in person
· Manage print jobs from quote through accurate order entry
· Answer questions clearly and confidently, even when things get complicated
· Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or better solutions
· Work closely with production to ensure jobs are done right and on time
· Help solve problems calmly and professionally when challenges arise
What we’re looking for:
· Strong people skills and a genuine enjoyment of helping others
· Clear, friendly communication and good follow-through
· Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
· Knowledge of paper stocks, printing methods, and finishing options
· Familiarity with the commercial printing industry
Experience that fits
· Commercial print shop experience is a plus
· Graphic designers, print buyers, bindery workers, or production staff who want to move into customer service and sales are encouraged to apply
