We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Physical Therapist to manage an independent caseload within an established practice. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
- Coordinate care with physicians and other referring providers
- Document patient progress and maintain timely, accurate records
- Independently manage a caseload while leveraging group support and resources
- Participate in occasional staff meetings and team collaboration
Qualifications
- Active New York Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset; interest in practice-building preferred
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams is a plus
Pay: $72,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
