Pay
- $30/hr. base pay
- Bonus pay for both residual and contract bonus if you meet quota. Bonus should exceed base pay.
- Meeting our 30 sales a month quota
- Making 200 outbound cold calls with minimum 3 hours of talk time daily
- Accurate Record-keeping and follow up
- Minimum 2 years of cold-calling experience.
- Undergraduate degree.
- The ability to follow the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
- B2B experience is a plus.
- A can-do attitude. Making calls all day isnt for everyone, and we get that. Which is why its important for us to be transparent about our gold standard.
- The ability to learn our industry and talking points.
- Excellent communication skills
- Organization skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Hours are in office 8am-5pm, daily.
