Buffalo Biodiesel is seeking a Human Resources Director to leads the organization’s HR strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with business goals. Must have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and have the ability to monitor the performance of assigned departments. This person will work directly with the company's owner.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
- 10 years of experience in HR field
- 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
- 5 years of experience using ADP Workforce (setup, update and remove employee information)
- 5 years of experience posting ads on really.
- Must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task
- Reliable, hardworking, and motivated
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Must be able to drive company vehicle
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Oversee investigations, disciplinary actions, and legal matters as needed
- Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
- Onboarding and Offboarding

- Monday – Saturday
