Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and is currently seeking a AP Clerk and Bookkeeper to assist our controller in processing billing and payments.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced AP Clerk and Bookkeeper to assist our controller in day-to-day AP activities.
Responsibilities:
-To setup payment schedules and create spreadsheets to ensure timely payment.
-To review supplier base and make rebate payments.
- Manage Supplier accounts by Phone, Email, etc.
-To properly file physical hard copies of invoices and payments.
Requirements:
1. 2 years of QuickBooks online experience, entering billing and making payments.
2. Proven work experience as a bookkeeper.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting $25/hr with pay increase after 90 days if you meet metrics.
