Requirements / Qualifications
Great way to get your foot in the door at BPSD! Positions range from 30 minutes to 2 hours per day; Monday through Friday; Schedules vary, but are generally mid-day for lunch coverage and/or before school. Positions are 10 months per year on a traditional school schedule. Under supervision of the school principal, monitors the school children during the noon hour period, on the school play areas, in the cafeteria, and at outdoor lunch tables; may perform other duties, as directed. Requires responsibility for carrying out existing methods and procedures through proper supervision and control of large groups of children, including routine and special contacts in an understanding and effective manner. Nature of work involves considerable walking during lunch and play sessions.
