Buen Apetito, a locally owned Mexican restaurant in Waterville, is looking for a friendly and reliable Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team.
As the first and last face our guests see, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming experience for every visitor.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a positive attitude
- Manage reservations and walk-in waitlists
- Communicate table flow with servers and kitchen staff
- Answer phone calls and take basic questions or to-go orders
- Maintain a clean and inviting entrance and host stand
- Support with takeout packaging and light bussing when needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable standing and walking for long periods
- Friendly, calm, and professional under pressure
- Restaurant or hosting experience is required
- Weekend availability preferred
