We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining outdoor spaces and enhancing landscapes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform mowing, edging, and trimming tasks to upkeep lawns
- Assist in landscape maintenance including planting, weeding, and mulching
- Conduct groundskeeping duties such as debris removal and leaf blowing
- Support hardscape projects by assisting in the installation of walkways, patios, and retaining walls
- Provide tree care services including pruning and removal
- Operate power tools and equipment efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience:
- Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping
- Proficiency in using various power tools for outdoor maintenance
- Knowledge of horticulture practices to ensure plant health
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
