Description:
We are hiring experienced flatbed tow truck operators for a high-volume, performance-based operation.
This is not an entry-level role. Operators must be able to work independently, handle multiple calls per shift, and maintain efficiency under active dispatch conditions.
Requirements (READ BEFORE APPLYING):
- Minimum 3 years flatbed towing experience (REQUIRED)
- Current DOT Medical Card (REQUIRED)
- Experience with Towbook or similar dispatch systems
- Ability to perform winching, recoveries, and repositioning
- Knowledge of proper vehicle securement (8-point tie-down)
- Clean MVR and background check required
Responsibilities:
- Complete multiple service calls per shift (6–10 typical)
- Perform safe loading, transport, and unloading
- Maintain proper documentation and photos
- Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
Work Environment:
- Active dispatch
- Fast-paced, high-efficiency workflow
- Independent field work
Pay:
$20/hr performance-based opportunities
