Role Description
This full-time, on-site position, located in Atlanta, GA, involves operating towing vehicles to respond to service calls, providing roadside assistance, and ensuring safe transportation of vehicles. The Tow Truck Driver will interact with clients to address their roadside needs, maintain vehicles in good working condition, adhere to safety protocols, and perform routine inspections. Exceptional professionalism and punctuality are essential to maintain the company’s high standards of service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Truck Driving and the ability to safely operate tow trucks in various conditions
- Experience with Towing and providing roadside assistance
- Strong Communication skills to interact courteously and professionally with clients
- Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Valid driver’s license and appropriate towing certifications required
- Knowledge of local roads and traffic laws in the Metro Atlanta region is a plus
- Flexible schedule to respond to service calls, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure during emergency situations
