We are looking for a customer-focused Rental Sales & Customer Service Representative to support our Murray and Salt Lake area locations. This position combines customer service, sales, computer work, and daily rental operations.

You’ll help customers select the right rental vehicle, process reservations and rental agreements, explain available options, and assist throughout the rental experience. You’ll also communicate with our fleet and operations teams to help ensure vehicles are properly assigned and available when customers need them.

No previous car rental experience is required. We provide training for individuals who are dependable, professional, and motivated to learn.

• Greet customers and create a friendly, professional rental experience.
• Assist with reservations, vehicle pickups, returns, extensions, exchanges, and other rental needs.
• Explain rental terms, procedures, and available vehicle options.
• Match customers with vehicles based on their transportation needs.
• Assist local business customers and customers using insurance replacement vehicles.
• Resolve routine questions and concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience.

• Introduce customers to available vehicle upgrades and optional protection products.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional products or services that fit the customer's needs.
• Process rental agreements, payments, and related documentation accurately.
• Maintain complete and accurate customer and rental records.

• Check vehicles before and after rentals for mileage, fuel level, and overall condition.
• Work with fleet personnel to coordinate vehicle availability and assignments.
• Update rental information and vehicle records using company computer systems.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment.
• Assist with other branch and rental operations as business needs require.

Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, banking, automotive, transportation, or rental operations is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

• Acceptable driving history required, including no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents within the previous three years.
