We are hiring an Airport Rental Agent / Kiosk Counter Agent to assist travelers with their rental car needs at Salt Lake City International Airport.
This is a fast-moving airport customer service and sales position where you will interact with travelers arriving from across the country and around the world. You'll assist customers with vehicle rentals and returns, answer questions, process transactions, explain rental options, and help create an efficient airport experience.
This opening is primarily for swing/second shift.
Typical Schedules Include
As an Airport Rental Agent, you'll be one of the primary points of contact for customers at our airport location. You'll help move customers through the rental process while working closely with our fleet and operations teams.

- 3:00 PM–1:00 AM
- 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
- Weekend availability is required
As an Airport Rental Agent, you'll be one of the primary points of contact for customers at our airport location. You'll help move customers through the rental process while working closely with our fleet and operations teams.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Assist travelers with rental reservations, vehicle pickups, returns, and rental extensions
- Check customers in and out and accurately complete rental documentation
- Explain available vehicles, rental rates, optional protection products, upgrades, and additional services
- Identify customer needs and recommend products or vehicle options that are appropriate for their rental
- Process payments and other rental transactions accurately
- Answer questions and address customer concerns in a professional manner
- Conduct or assist with vehicle condition checks during the rental and return process
- Coordinate with fleet personnel regarding vehicle availability, cleanliness, fueling, and readiness
- Help maintain an organized and efficient kiosk/counter area
- Follow company procedures for contracts, customer information, payments, and vehicle rentals
- Work independently while communicating with airport, fleet, and branch personnel throughout the shift

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history
- No more than two accidents/incidents within the previous three years
- Applicants under 21 must have a clean driving record
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable handling customer questions and resolving issues
- Able to remain professional during busy or stressful situations
- Self-directed and capable of working with limited supervision
- Reliable attendance and availability to work weekends
- Flexible availability for evening and second-shift work
