Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on sales leads.
- Maintain and update customer records and lead databases .
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and rental regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Support the sales manager in administrative tasks including renewal of contracts, data entry, document preparation, and appointment scheduling.
- Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related field (car rental industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable and professional speaking on the phone to both corporate and individual clients.
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (no more than 2 incidents/accidents in last 3 years).
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
