We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Showroom & Operations Coordinator to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will be the welcoming face of our showroom and office, helping create a positive and professional experience for every customer who walks through our doors. Duties:
- Greet visitors warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Ensure customers are properly paired with a Design Associate for assistance
- Answer, direct, and filter incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
- Assist sales representatives with sales entry, paperwork, and administrative support as needed
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer and account records
- Manage accounts payable entry, invoice processing, and vendor documentation
- Support daily office operations through administrative coordination and record management
- Maintain accurate financial and operational data within company systems.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure efficient showroom and office operations
- Communicate with customers regarding invoices, balances, and payments
- Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional showroom environment
- Assist with merchandising, stocking samples, and keeping displays clean and presentable
- Support daily operational needs to help ensure a smooth workflow between the showroom, sales team, and office staff
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service, office administration, receptionist, retail, or sales support roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers regarding payments and account balances
- Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills required
- Experience with business management software is a plus
- Experience and/or interest in remodeling, cabinetry, flooring, construction, or home improvement industries is a plus
Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Showroom operates Monday–Saturday; all candidates must have Saturday availability to be considered
