We’ve been growing for 6 years and need you on our expanding Installation team. Your supportive coworkers will coach you as you master your new career with us. THE JOB: As a window treatment installer trainee you will initially assist a lead installer in the day to day installation of multiple types of window treatment installations. Over time, you will install, with the the lead installer supervision. Once you have mastered the installation of blinds, drapery and can program motorized shades, we expect you to install on your own. This will lead to a lead installer position.
WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS: You will ride and/or drive with the lead installer in a provided installation vehicle that will have all the major tools needed to effectively install products. Once you start installations with the lead installer, you will be responsible for personal tools required for window and drapery installs.

TO OPEN THE DOOR:
- YOU’RE ALREADY LIVING IN OUR NEAR INSDIAN RIVER COUNTY
- YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH HAND HELD POWER TOOLS
- BE ABLE TO LIFT 25 POUNDS
- MEASURE AND INSTALL OVERHEAD WHILE ON A 8 TO 12 FOOT LADDER
- PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE ACCEPTED BY OUR INSURANCE CARRIER.
PREFERENCE GIVEN FOR:
- Experience with window coverings including drapery is helpful
- Fluent English with excellent writing skills
- Computer and tech skills (PC, iPad, etc.)
