This role is essential to supporting our expanding extraction operations, driven by increased product demand and new launches. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to work in cold environments, and thrives in a fast-paced production setting. Key Responsibilities:-Prepare extraction socks and accurately weigh biomass -Maintain an organized and clean workspace, including freezers and lab areas -Unload and load biomass during intake, ensuring strains are properly separated and labeled -Meet daily production quotas for sock preparation -Transport materials between freezer storage areas -Adhere to all safety, cleanliness, and security protocols Qualifications:-Must be 21 years of age or older -High school diploma or GED required -Ability to work in cold environments and lift up to 50 lbs -Basic understanding of metric and standard weight units (kg, lbs) -Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently Work Environment: This role involves standing for long periods, lifting heavy materials, and working in cold conditions. Noise levels range from quiet to moderate. Appropriate PPE (including gloves, cold weather gear, and face coverings) is provided.
