Pride Health is hiring a Medical Assistant to support our client’s medical facility based in Mukilteo, WA 98275. This is a 3-month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!Job Details:Job Name: Medical AssistantLocation: Mukilteo, WA 98275Duration: 3-month Contract (Possibilities of extension)Payrate: $25-29/hr. On W2/Pay Rate is based on experience.Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm/ Mon – Fri (5 days/wk.)Job Responsibilities:Deliver excellent patient care through in-person, telephone, and electronic interactions, supporting patient examinations, treatments, monitoring, and preparation for diagnostic procedures.Collect and accurately record patient data, including vital signs, chief complaints, medication lists, allergies, health risk screening information, and other relevant health details.Assist physicians and nursing staff with injections, EKGs, and other clinical procedures as assigned, following proper protocols.Support clinicians in coordinating patient care according to established company policies, workflows, and standards of care.Manage tasks such as answering phone calls, returning messages, and documenting all patient-related interactions and actions taken.Ensure proper, concise, and complete documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and paper records for all assessments, procedures, and patient interactions.Prepare and clean patient exam rooms, set up instruments and equipment, and maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols.Qualifications:High school/GED or equivalent.Current, Washington State Medical Assistant Certification/ Registration.Pride Global offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with preferred vendors.About Pride HealthPride Health is Pride Global's healthcare staffing branch, providing recruitment solutions for healthcare professionals and the industry at large since 2010.
