Bucks County Estate Traders (BCET), is a third-generation antique and vintage furniture, art, and decor dealer with over 30 years of industry experience. We are a premier online retailer and sell and buy items nationwide. With a revolving inventory of  Our massive Hatfield, PA showroom is a shopping experience unlike any other.

Schedule

For your schedule we allow some flexibility and making a schedule that fits your life. We have days that we require individuals to be in the office, but if you are looking for more hours you have the flexibility of making your schedule work for you within our available days and hours. Saturday rotational preferred.

Available Days

• Monday-Saturday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Monday-Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

The Customer Care Associate responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

The Customer Care Associate assists customers in purchasing our products online and in-store. They provide no-pressure sales, answer product questions, and help customers locate items throughout our grand showroom. After purchase, the Associate coordinates shipping locally and nationwide using third-party carriers or our in-house team. 

• Provide excellent customer service in-person and virtually.

  • Answering both online and face-to-face customer inquiries.

  • Assisting customers around the showroom

  • Ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

• Ensure all shipping inquiries are quoted and coordinated with the customer, shipper, and internal teams in a timely manner. 
• Multiple data entry projects that include inputting fields into spreadsheets.
• Answering customer questions in our online platforms (Shopify, ReplyCo, Ecomdash, Etsy, Chairish, BCET App, Google).
  • Support online sales platforms (BCET site, eBay, Etsy, Chairish).
• Review all invoices daily.
• Create sold items picklist daily.
• Identify complaints and inform management of issues.

Desired Skills

• Maintains a high attention to detail

• Work as a team and independently

• Experience with Google Sheets and other Google workspaces

• Typing speed of 40 WPM

• Computer Literacy and Competency
