Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Purchase Order Clerk to manage and coordinate our purchase order process. This role involves working closely with vendors, branch managers, and transportation partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the purchase order lifecycle from creation to delivery.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with manufacturers and third-party transportation providers.
- Collaborate with branch managers to determine appropriate order quantities.
- Maintain and update vendor pricing information.
- Follow up with vendors to confirm order receipt and delivery timelines.
- Provide administrative support to both office and field staff as needed.
