Buckley Powder is seeking a hardworking, reliable, full‑time Bulk Truck Operator to join our Cripple Creek team. This role offers excellent pay, full benefits, and long‑term career potential.
Schedule
Monday–Thursday, 10‑hour day shifts
Occasional Friday shifts as needed
Average 40–45 hours per week
CDL not required (but helpful)
Position Overview
As a Bulk Truck Operator, you will safely handle explosive products, operate bulk trucks equipped with pumping units, and support daily plant and shop operations. This is an active, hands‑on role that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions and performing physical tasks throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate bulk trucks, forklifts, and related equipment
Load, unload, and transport explosive products
Maintain vehicles: refuel, wash, and perform basic upkeep
Keep accurate inventory and documentation
Assist crew members on customer job sites
Perform housekeeping and maintenance in the shop and plant
Report any vehicle defects, incidents, accidents, or damage before and after shifts
Qualifications
Must meet all State and Federal explosive regulations and qualify as an ATF explosive possessor
Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and maintain a clean MVR
Reliable, safety‑focused, and customer‑oriented
Able to follow written and/or verbal instructions
Able to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, and company procedures
Physically able to lift and carry 50 lbs, squat, bend, and work outdoors in all conditions
Compensation
$25.00 – $30.00 per hour, depending on qualifications
