Job Summary:
The newly created part-time Office Assistant (15-20 hours per week) will be responsible for completing the certified payrolls and general running of the office including:
- Filing documents
- Gathering and organizing packing slips
- Putting together the accounts payable file with invoices
- Checking the mailbox and sorting incoming mail
- Collecting foremen’s daily reports, filing them, and noting their hours
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills
- 1-2 years of experience working with certified payrolls
- 1-2 years of experience with accounts payable
- High School Diploma
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
