Job Description
Picking and packing orders, receiving shipments, and helping with warehouse projects. Our team is small, and job duties can change based on the needs of the day. This person should be flexible, eager to help where needed, and work well with others and by themselves.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items for customer orders
- Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy before packing
- Pack orders securely for shipment (small parcels and occasional pallets)
- Assist with receiving deliveries
- Restock shelves and maintain tidy, organized inventory areas
- Communicate low-stock or inventory discrepancies to supervisors
- Support cross-team needs when volume shifts
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift, move, and carry boxes up to 40–50 lbs
- Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the day
- Basic computer or scanner/device skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work and communicate collaboratively in a small team environment
