In this role, you’ll go beyond traditional audit work, gaining exposure to both financial and operational processes while influencing key decisions that protect and create enterprise value. You’ll play a critical role in executing the annual audit plan, identifying risks, and delivering actionable insights that improve how the business operates.

Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end audits, including risk assessment, scoping, planning, testing, and reporting
• Evaluate business processes and internal controls, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Deliver clear, concise audit findings with practical recommendations to leadership
• Partner with stakeholders to track and validate remediation efforts
• Contribute to audit innovation efforts, including data analytics and process enhancements
• Support special projects and advisory initiatives across the organization
• Mentor junior team members and help elevate overall team performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CFE, or CISA
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• 3–5 years of experience in internal audit, accounting, or a related field
• Strong understanding of internal controls and risk assessment
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in data-driven auditing
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (domestic and international)
