Commercial Truck Decal Installer

Job Purpose:
- The Commercial Truck Decal Installer is responsible for applying decals, graphics, and wraps to commercial trucks and vehicles. This role ensures that all installations are completed with precision and adhere to company standards, enhancing the visual appeal and branding of the fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and clean vehicle surfaces prior to decal installation to ensure optimal adhesion.
- Measure and position decals accurately on various truck surfaces, following specific design layouts.
- Apply decals, graphics, and wraps using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure smooth and bubble-free installations.
- Collaborate with design teams to verify decal specifications and address any discrepancies.
- Conduct quality checks post-installation to ensure decals meet company standards and client expectations.
- Maintain inventory of decal materials and tools, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding decal installations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all installation processes to prevent accidents and damage.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in decal materials and installation techniques.
- Assist in training new team members on decal installation processes and company standards.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in vehicle graphics installation or a related field.
- Proven track record of working with commercial trucks or large vehicles.
- Experience in using graphic installation tools and equipment.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and precision in decal placement.
- Ability to read and interpret installation instructions and design specifications.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Proficiency in using tools such as squeegees, heat guns, and cutting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to vehicle graphics installation.
