What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Operator position at Buckeye Global?
Duration: 1 Months Contract (with possibility of extension)
Work Hours: Mon-Thurs, 04:00 PM - 02:00 AM
Job Summary:
Repetitive machine or process operation following prescribed routine.
Must be able to follow direction & perform adjustments to processes or machinery.
Records & reports production numbers. Proficiency in usually reached in a few months.
Operation of equipment to include, but not limited to the following manufacturing equipment: Block Press Manufacturing, Block Stacking, Manual Bag Lifting, Packer, Palletizer, Forklift, Housekeeping / Cleaning, etc…
**Skills: **- Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and in group situations.
Must practice good housekeeping.
Ability to understand, record, and verbalize detailed information accurately.
Ability to be observant, accurate, and capable of following directions.
Excellent Punctuality.
Solid communication skills.
Great interpersonal skills.
Flexible.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic math skills.
