**
We are searching for a Data Entry professional that will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data in our ERP databases.
Key responsibilities include:
Data Input and Management: Entering information from paper documents, digital forms, or other sources into our ERP system accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
Data Verification and Quality Assurance: Reviewing entered data for errors, correcting inaccuracies, and reporting anomalies to maintain high-quality records.
Document Handling: Scanning, printing, and organizing documents to support data entry processes and maintain comprehensive records.
Compliance and Confidentiality: Ensuring sensitive information is handled in accordance with privacy laws and company policies.
Successful Data Entry professionals typically possess:
Typing Proficiency: High speed and accuracy in typing to meet productivity targets.
Attention to Detail: Meticulousness to prevent errors and ensure data accuracy.
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and database management systems.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage files, documents, and data systematically.
Communication Skills: Effective interpersonal skills for coordinating with colleagues and reporting issues.
Concentration and Efficiency: Capability to focus for extended periods while maintaining accuracy.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: High school diploma
Experience: Entry-level position, does not require prior experience, but is preferred
Specialized Knowledge:
Have familiarity with ERP systems, Outlook and Excel
Work Environment:
The Data Entry professional is expected to work a full 8 hour workday that involves both sitting and standing for extended periods of time while working from a desk. This is on onsite position with hours preferably from 7:30am until 4pm.
