This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kings Mountain, NC. The Bilingual Human Resources Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including tasks such as maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding processes, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. This role requires bilingual capabilities to effectively communicate with staff and assist in translating HR-related documentation and communications.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including maintaining accurate employee records and handling documentation.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee support activities.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
