Bucked Up is a rapidly growing health and wellness company known for our innovative sports nutrition products and lifestyle apparel. Headquartered in Orem, Utah, we distribute through major retailers and ecommerce channels nationwide. As we expand our consumer‑packaged‑goods footprint, we’re looking to strengthen our finance team with an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounts receivable cycle in QuickBooks Online (QBO)—issue customer invoices, record cash receipts, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate aging reports.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements by submitting invoices, resolving chargebacks, and managing deductions through retailer portals such as Walmart Retail Link, GNC Traverse, Transcepta, and similar EDI platforms.
- Conduct collection calls and written communication to keep receivables current; work cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve disputes.
- Monitor AR KPIs, prepare monthly reporting packages, and assist with month‑end close and audit support.
- Recommend and implement improvements to AR processes, internal controls, and system integrations as the company scales.
Qualifications
- 4 years of accounts receivable experience, preferably in a consumer‑packaged‑goods or retail environment.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or comparable mid‑market accounting software; experience with EDI/invoicing portals and chargeback management.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and ERP workflows; comfortable working with large data sets and advanced Excel functions.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills; able to liaise effectively with internal teams and external customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
- Able to work on‑site full‑time at Bucked Up’s Orem headquarters.
