Responsibilities
-Greet and check in members and guests, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
- Assist with membership sales, general inquires about the facility & provide tours.
-Promote and sell supplements, retail products, and gym services to increase revenue.
-Process transactions and maintain accurate membership and sales records.
-Keep the front desk area organized, stocked, and aligned with cleanliness standards.
-Answer phone calls and provide information about gym services and promotions.
-Support marketing initiatives by promoting gym programs and upcoming events.
-Work collaboratively with the team to enhance the overall member experience.
