Day in the Life:
- Responsible for preparing and plating cold food items with precision
- Salads, Raw Bar items, chilled appetizers, garnishes, and desserts.
- Passion for quality ingredients, consistency, and presentation
- Thrives in a high-pressure environment
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service to the team and guests
- Operate under our standard operating procedures and core values
- Prepare, execute, and present food to Buck & Rider brand standards
- Maintain sanitary conditions in all dining, kitchen, and bar areas
- Mark, date, and rotate all products
- Maintain production and cleaning schedules
- Remains organized and maintains a neat, organized workspace
- Strong communication skills
- Accept direction from Management
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Ability to read recipes and follow their instructions, measurements, etc.
- Keen eye for plating and presentation
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- 1 years’ experience as a cook in a restaurant environment
- Punctual, reliable, and ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation
- Ability to spend long periods on your feet and lift 50lbs
