Day in the life:
- Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and polish
- Manage ‘priority seating’ and the flow of service for a busy dining room and happy hour
- Cultivate a welcoming, personalized experience for every guest
- Coordinate closely with management, servers, and the kitchen to ensure peak performance
- Use of iPad technology through Sevenrooms reservation platform
- Utilize a calm, composed demeanor with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Maintain an atmosphere of calm and luxury, even during high-volume service

Requirements:
- Poised, polished and impeccable presented
- Excellent customer service
- A natural connector with strong emotional intelligence and presence
- Must be able to communicate effectively with both co-workers and guests
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, team environment
- Have a current AZ Food Handler's/Servesafe card or ability to obtain
