Our Chefs provide dependable, fast service to the team and guests and present oysters and other raw bar items with a touch of sophistication. We are looking for an experienced and refined Oyster Chef to join our culinary team. - Maintain a high level of knowledge about oyster varieties, seasonal availability, and sourcing

- Reading and following department of health standards and food industry standards
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Perform all other duties as required, including prep work or additional tasks as needed
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, team environment
- A professional demeanor, with a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional dining experience
- A sophisticated and refined approach to cooking, with an emphasis on presentation and technique.
